Welcome to the Repair and Troubleshooting page, it is our hope that it never happens but inevitably it does. Every PC at some point WILL experience a software or hardware oriented operational issue. Generally, if proper care and maintenance is done on a regular basis on a computer system, it will last for about 3 to 5 years. For those occasions when the computer experiences operational issues, whether it be a result of software, hardware, pesky spyware/malware or viruses, I can be there to help assist in diagnosing and resolving the issues that you encounter.

For those times when it is necessary to have your system problems evaluated, I hope you will keep me in mind. I have been working and training in the computer industry since 1987, and have gained years of valuable experience offering technical support via telephone and in the field. My service fee for PC troubleshooting and repair is $50.00. This includes up to one hour of working to troubleshoot/repair and resolve any issues; plus additional fees for parts. Each hour after the initial service fee is just $45.00 per hour, and is billed in 15-minute increments - making my Company a very economical service. The best thing is I come to you and take care of troubleshooting and advising you on the necessary course of action to correct the problems.

Rates:

Initial Service Fee for Repair and Maintenance: $55.00 (Includes up to 1 hour of service).

Each Additional Hour beyond the 1 hour included in the service fee is: $45.00 per hour (Billed in 15 minute increments).
